SAMPLE WELLBEING ITINERARY
Time for a friends’ reunion? Let’s escape for an overnight wellbeing retreat! After meeting at your local café, you all jump into the car, catch up on the latest news and even learn some traditional Dja Dja Wurrung language. The conversation continues flowing as you step into the Sanctuary mineral waters of Hepburn Bathhouse. As the group slows into a state of relaxation, it’s time to step up the pampering. Time disappears as you reconnect with each other and with Nature.
Example Itinerary
Below is an example of a self-guided 2 day trip to the Daylesford & Macedon Ranges region.

1 - Morning coffee and carpool from Melbourne.
2 - Brief stop at the Daylesford Farmers Market to gather picnic produce.
3 - Sanctuary Mineral Bathing at Hepburn Bathhouse.
4 - Followed by Private Mineral Baths, Wellness Massages and Facials.
5 - Short walk to the perfect picnic spot in the nearby Mineral Reserve (including mineral spring tastings!)
6 - Visit the Little Gallery in Trentham.
7 - Return to the Hepburn Springs Brewing Co for an evening drink.
8 - Overnight in the Hepburn Escape Villas. -
9 - Sleep in.
10 - Reground with the help of a private group yoga class.
11 - Get the body moving with a light jog around Daylesford Lake (and end with an optional cold plunge into the open waters!)
12 - Time for a little ‘give back’ by volunteering at the Hepburn Wildlife Shelter.
13 - Slow meandering drive home, savouring the quality time together.
